Great Addition to my Media Wall

Everything about this fireplace install was smooth and the quality exceeded my expectations! Delivery was perfect and the installation instructions were very helpful to build the framing for the fireplace. The fireplace itself is awesome and helps keep my living room warm. The crackling sound is very relaxing, and it is great to be able to change colors. 10/10 would recommend!

The fireplace showed up on time, and was exactly as described and I imagined. My wife and I love having the glow of the fireplace in the evenings, and I'm very happy with my purchase. 10/10 will purchase again when we renovate the living room next!

Generally, I am very happy with it. Quality is very good. Heater is what it is. It is not intended to hear a large room and I have it installed in a large room. Easy to install easy to operate. I feel they missed a five star rating for some design details. 1) The "down lighting" is not intensity adjustable. The flames is, the ambers are but not the down lighting. 2) The down lighting projects outside the boundary of the fireplace. So it shines on the floor. This really distracts from the realistic affect in a dark room. Seem like this could easily be corrected with some kind of baffle installed. 3) The ambers are able to be set to modulate in brightness. Gives a nice affect. If the down lights did the same it would add realism to the unit. 4) It would be awesome if I had the ability to customize the colors in the flame (in the app). I would love to add a touch of blue to the setting I like. All the settings with blue are overpowering to me and do not look real.

We cannot say enough about our experience with our new fireplace, we converted our space that had a gas log fireplace to this beautiful fireplace. We think the flames and all the features are amazing. We have not got to use the heat feature yet, but looking forward to seeing how it does in our living room because of our cathedral ceiling. We highly recommend this fireplace.

I wanted to write a second review after having for a little while now. I love this thing. I did make one change. For a real look I swapped out the log media for real pecan wood. I cut them to size, placed them accordingly, and then took them out and did controlled burns on them. I didn’t hate the original media but I would have wanted more variety. There were 4 styles I believe with multiples of each. There were only a couple of ways you could put them in. I wanted more variation.

This thing is beautiful. Pictures and video do not do it justice. I took my time placing logs and glass to get the most realistic look I could. Only thing I wish was if the logs had the ability to glow from the lights underneath. Beautiful fireplace!!!
