The 40in is a perfect size for entertainment wall. The look of the fireplace exceeded my expectations. The heating feature actually heats up the room. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great fireplace at an affordable price

Loving our Touchstone fireplace so far! The flames look more realistic than most electric fireplaces, and the surround/trim is simply beautiful. It’s a statement piece even when it’s not turned on! I will say you have to aim the remote pretty directly at the fireplace to get it to work just right, but that’s not really an issue for us; just don’t expect to use it at a long range. I’d love to see some additional colors in the future - an orange/yellow combo would be beautiful, or even a green to spook things up around Halloween.

The unit is nice. Works well, was easy to setup. I like the screen so it looks more realistic. I would have liked to have access to the manual prior to receiving my order so I could plan my build. Also, the fire crackle noise maker is kind of lame.

I bought this in November 2023 for a basement remodel and LOVE it! The mesh screen adds to the rustic decor and the three colors of flame are so realistic. Plan to purchase another Touchstone for my living room remodel at the end of this year!

Have been enjoying since installed early December 2022. Love the no glare Mesh screen. Also, no LED display visible as it is well hidden behind an access panel. Especially pretty at night.
