Worked great for awhile, until the Bluetooth stopped playing in the right ear. Comms and the mic still work in both side. Many other customers have posted comments on similar issues. Considering the price, I expected a much better product.
For starters, Noise cancelling is outstanding, Bluetooth feature is super useable and the sound quality is great for your ear care.I´m never using another one in my life!
I have flown with the Bose X for many years in all types of aircraft and the only one that it did perk in was a SNJ. I have now stepped to the A20 after many years of wanting to. The Bluetooth makes it a throw down hand.
I had a chance of testing these flying helicopters over the Hudson a couple of years ago during my training. Since then I invested in my own set and have absolutely no complaints. Flying used to be a task but the A20’s turned it into a leisure activity. That is the return on my investment plus a nice prevention of hearing loss as an extra. The A20 are redefining the meaning of modern general aviation.

It's great! but Microphone connector not fit-in in all models of a320, it's supposed to be "General Aviation plug", but the main problem is that the microphone plug has a slightly different shape than usual Microphone plugs and can't connect to the aircraft audio (some series 5000 and 7000 of a320). Now I need to expend in an extension to can use it and also carry my last headset telex in case that my expensive Bose a20 doesn't work properly
