Great sound, noise cancellation and mike. Only complaint is that the clip that holds the controller is inadequate and the controller slips down. There needs to be a hanger on the controller.

Improved features are worth it

This replaced an older Bose A10 headset. The noise cancellation is much improved! The aux input is also a nice feature especially on longer flights

New A20 in 2020?

My BOSE A20 are incredible. My fear is that there will be an update in this 2020, just now that I have bought them. If this happens, is there any possibility of changing, paying a difference?

Almost quit flying...

This is a story I've been meaning to post a review for awhile. I was recently in airplane incident that left me very scared of flying ever again. I made the purchase just days before the incident and thank God for that. I got to use them the very next day flying after the incident. I figured flying would keep my mind focusing on that task at hand. As a CFI I needed to know right away if I was done flying or there was hope. Well the ANR, comfort and lightness, created for me, a "safe" place in the cockpit. My own thoughts even my breathing I could really focus on. Ive flown for 6 years with regular cheap headsets I really regret it. Great buy! This Headset makes me want to fly even more and more now! My only knock is the length of the cable is a little too short. However I recently flipped the mic to the right side. Should be a bit of improvement!

Amazing before even in the plane

I can already tell these are way better than my old headset. I put them on and was like wow this is awesome. I have turned on the headset and it was like dead silent, I can’t wait to take these flying tomorrow! It is the 1/3 of the weight of my other headset. It does feel like these can break, which does make me feel nervous. I’m about to solo, so making sure I hear and am heard is important. Bose leads the way and I know why so many pilots say they are the best.
