Difficult installation and Wi-Fi will not connect-

The installation took 2 hours and the parts for the sliding glass window were too small which required the handyman to add additional things to make it fit in the window. The unit works well so far but the Wi-Fi still won’t connect and I have a service call in and they said it would take 3-5 days for answer as to how to hook up the Wi-Fi. I tried to hook it up using the Westinghouse App but it won’t connect at all. It won’t pair up to the smartphone.

Great Cooling Ability

I bought this in preparation for the summer heat after moving to an apartment without AC. It was very easy to set up, and it cools my 700 sq ft apartment well. The timer feature is very nice.

Gets Cold!

We are still experiencing cool weather in Washington state, but initial testing satisfies my need. Everything appears a go for the hot weather coming later this year. Even though it's too cool for a full test at least I was able get one before stock ran out and not be up the creek when hot weather arrives.
