Just a few suggestions to approach perfection!

This model appears to be several steps above the portables I’ve previously owned. Very compact for its declared capacity, It also brings more than typical functionality , all available by the included remote ( its lcd display, however nice, deserves, and needs, illumination!) People, we’re a fourth of the way through the 21st century. Let’s act like it counts!
I applaud WiFi implementation & don’t mind downloading the app in order to use it, but my affection for opening another account has waned. Requiring one more password to deal with feels like someone is offering to light my candle with a cattle prod! Ultimately, of course, that equates to a nice plus with permanently attached inconvenience.
Finally, and more importantly for the sake of efficiency and performance, it would be great to see some insulating wrap included to encase the flexible heat vent tubing. Unfortunately, it is very inefficient at escorting the heat out the window. Connected to this aspect of air conditioning, we are the lucky to own a very old house in Arizona where houses typically utilized casement windows, not the enviable sliding type that your design seems to accommodate nicely. For future reference, of course, it would be great to see an available alternative that would afford a more complete seal.
Regardless of the minor downsides mentioned, I think we are going to be quite pleased with this air conditioner and the correct choice was made this time!

Wanted air conditioning for a summer house bedroom just for hot nights. And didn't want to have or move a window unit. Great price. Good reviews. One review said it was made a high squeal, but mine does not. Am ordering the same unit for other bedrooms.

Purchased this in case my central AC does not work. Tried in my Lanai and it cooled it down fairly quickly. Noisier than I expected. But overall pretty good
