I bough this at the beginning of the month to be used in my apartment which doesn’t have central air. I’m unsure if it is truly 10000 BTU, but it has kept my apartment relatively cool when the temperature is in the 70s. There will be a heat wave this week so this next week will be the true test to see if it works as expected.

I bought this to cool my workshop and it works great. My shop is already heated, so I don't need the heat pump option, but the price was better than other similar sized units without heat. It makes my 750sf shop comfortable on 90+ summer days!
