Great size and features

It works well for a small area such as a bedroom. It took my husband a little while to put small pieces together but was fine. Nice to have a printed instruction manual included. Seems well built.

We received this as a gift right out of the box the fan blue but not making cold air in air conditioning mode.

Blows super cold; controls easy to use

In Las Vegas the summers get to 115 degrees for weeks at a time. I needed a portable AC to cool our enclosed patio and this works great

Good product

Very good product I got the 14,000 BTUs very easy to install good value for the price.will Buy another one for the other room . definitely recommend this product. Just make sure if you’re moving it from a small window to a large window just cut the inside of the solid pice of the installation kit that converts the opening to allow you to install the hose holder to the kit. Small Half circle cut leave the top and the bottom so can slide back-and-forth in the channel. this way you will be Able to extend it when you use a larger window

Difficult installation and Wi-Fi will not connect-

The installation took 2 hours and the parts for the sliding glass window were too small which required the handyman to add additional things to make it fit in the window. The unit works well so far but the Wi-Fi still won’t connect and I have a service call in and they said it would take 3-5 days for answer as to how to hook up the Wi-Fi. I tried to hook it up using the Westinghouse App but it won’t connect at all. It won’t pair up to the smartphone.

Water in the bucket over flow.

I bought my unit about 1 year ago. Works OK but the drain system puts out lots of water. Need to place unit higher than drain tube.

Missing parts

I bought this air conditioner last week and it came missing with 2 missing parts. 1 fixed clip and 1 mounting clip. Thanks westinghouse
