Purchased on Monday and received it on Thursday. Easy to set up and install. Cools great! Love the auto louver {SWING} feature. Remote might be a little confusing, but once you set it up, you can just hit the ON/OFF button and away you go. Great product at a great price.

Just installed, cooling the room down now. Came with all needed parts and pretty easy to follow instructions, can’t wait for a cooler night’s sleep.

Works Great, but issues with window hose

I received unit on June 11 & directions made it look easy. But not easy. The hoses where cut TOO BIG at both ends. Myself & 3 other people try to get hoses to fit. They would not fit in so had to duct them which looks messy. Otherwise the unit works great in my small bedroom.
I would recommend this to a friend!
