Unit came in mostly preassembled, very easy set up. Will need proper extension cord if you need to place it more then 6ft from your outlet.

I bought this at the beginning of Summer and it worked wonderfully. I didn't need it for a month and when I went back to use it, it wouldn't cool the area.
I would recommend this to a friend!
