GOOD LUCK FINDING INFO

I installed this today so I may change my rating but they made it quite difficult to fill out the warranty information. The user manual shows two different model numbers. If you check the link on where to find your serial number the example you have is a generator. I bought an air conditioner. I found a barcode on the bottom side of the air conditioner and I input that number but I have no idea whether that's a serial number or not and I injured my knee and my shoulder trying to bend so far over and had to read it upside down. I can only think of one reason why Westinghouse would make the process so difficult, and I got so annoyed I almost boxed it back up and was going to return it. That information should be front and center on all the paperwork.

Great Quality Product

We bought this AC for our new apartment and it works fabulous. I know it's a tad expensive, but the quality does honestly make it worth it. I normally buy Frigidaire only, but Westinghouse did a fantastic job with this AC

I purchased this AC unit to cool my apartment during the short period of warm weather during summer here in the PNW. Its exactly what I needed to help me avoid any potential discomfort during the summer season, especially at night when I'm trying to stay cool while asleep. Highly recommend!
