It’s been a week or so since we set it up but it is doing a pretty good job in our ~450-500ft master bedroom that doesn’t get the best AC or heat. Helping me sleep better for sure but it can be sort of loud if that’s a deal breaker. So far we do like it for what we paid!

No owners manual

Just got my new ac unit and realize I need to cut down the window guard because it is way too long I thought there would be more adjustment for smaller windows and there are no installation instructions- I have to go online and download it - this wastes my paper and not theirs .

I bought this at the end of May 2024. I read the reviews and decided to purchase a second unit. When I received the unit I was impressed with the unit. It is so cute. It's small but powerful. It did not have a drainage tube. No worries I used a drainage tube from one of my other portable unit. I do recommend the unit.
