Work as expected

My favorite thing about this machine is the ability to control it from my phone. The timer function could be better but it is functional. Had to supplement the window barrier and get creative with it. However, the machine itself works fast to cool the space and the noise is good for us. We used to sleep with a fan so this replaced that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Much smaller than I thought but it is very powerful, a little too loud on the lowest setting but still worth jt

condenser trouble after 3 months

I was very pleased with this AC unit, until it decided to quit in the heat of July. The fan blows air but not necessarily cold air. Feels and sounds like the condenser isn't kicking on . Every morning, I have to unplug it, let it sit an hour or so, then plug it back in and hope for the best. I haven't found any info for that in that manual. The filters have been cleaned, the tiny amount of water was drained,,, still nothing. I'll be calling the warrantee people tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Last 2 and 1/2 months. Stopped blowing cold air

Bought April 13th 2025; Broke June 25th 2025 on a record breaking heat day. Stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden. Well cared for: air filter cleaned more than once a week, correctly installed, correct distance between unit and other objects. Just not made to last apparently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

works good for the office

overall it is cooling the room it is in but is louder than stated on the package, getting 70 db at first but has quieted down to 63 64 db since running for over a month
