Noise cancelation works great!

A much needed improvement from the old

From the sound quality to it working with multiple devices , I have never had a better experience with these galaxy buds. My one issue is that everyone's ear canal is different. After a while , these buds end up falling out of my ear , which is why I am giving it a four. Samsung, please create bone conduction headphones so I don't have to stick things in my ear.Anymore

Sound quality is amazing

To properly insert the earbuds, look for the lower, inside-facing part of the blade. You’ll see either an 'L' or an 'R' between the two metallic dots, which are the charging contacts. Insert the 'R' bud into your right ear, with the 'R' facing you, and the 'L' bud into your left ear, with the 'L' also facing you.
Adjust the earbuds slightly so the bottom microphone points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can rotate the buds forward and backward until the fit feels comfortable. Good upgrade
