Wow, so clear and comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every galaxy bud pro model to date, bose quiet comfort, soundcore, and many other brands. These are the best yet by far! Sound is so well balanced and clear. They fit my ears perfectly right out of box and don't shake loose like the buds 3 pro did. The transparency when using is by far the closest to feeling like I'm not even wearing buds yet. I guess the AI is making the ambient noise and noise canceling amazing. Highly recommend!

I love the Galaxy AI that helps me translate accurately in real time, a great feature, specially if you need help of an interpreter. Also, one of my favorite things is the transcript assist from the Galaxy AI that allowed me to review my notes in case of getting lost in class. Definitely an amazing product, if you still deciding in getting them let this be your sign and get them!!!

***Poor Quality and Bad Engineer Design*** I've been using these buds now for 3 months and one of the speakers is blown I believe since it sounds all distorted. Also these buds won't stay in my ear if I'm too active... So don't plan on using these buds when you work out in the gym, go for a bike ride, hike, walk lol ETC. The Samsung Galaxy buds 1 and 2 were better since they had special design to stay put in your ear.

If you are noticing that your earbuds are falling out while in use, here's how to achieve the perfect fit:
1. Check the lower inside of the earbuds, between the two shiny dots (the charging contacts). You will find "L" for Left or "R" for Right.
2. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear, making sure the "R" faces you.
3. Insert the left bud (L) into your left ear, ensuring the "L" faces you.
4. Tilt the earbuds so the microphone points toward your mouth, not your shoes.
5. Twist the earbuds for a snug and comfortable fit.
Regarding your Galaxy Buds4 speaker issue, please be aware that Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited 12-month warranty period, as specified for each product. Additionally, you can add extended coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extra protection and support.

False advertising do not buy

Absolutely terrible. Buds are way to big for the ears so its pretty much impossible to fit them in and if you somehow super stretch you ear to do so they don't stay in they fall out. Sound quality is sub par. And as for features, what features. Says it has some that it doesn't or doesn't give you access too. False advertising
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
