Poor quality, no warranty support.

I have had these for about a month and the right bud has started buzzing. It severely hinders the sound quality while listening to music. I tried to have them repaired under warranty, but Samsung's website fails to load the warranty page after asking for the mail in repair option. So I am stuck with expensive, worthless buds, and no way to repair them

Earbuds for donkeys huge ears not for human ears

I got them with the S26.
I hate these buds don't fit my ears they fall out such a disgusting product shame on you the first version buds2 was much much better. Such a waste of money I would never get earbuds from you. I got it as a out of the box but I put them down the toilet.

Who's ears did Samsung test these earbuds in when designing? They are terrible for small ears. They won't stay in my ears and I have to keep adjusting them. Also, the volume is low even when it's adjusted to the top. They only cancel noise if both are in and I can't do my job with both earbuds in so I can barely hear anything. I'll be returning

Buds 4 best quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had earbuds because my ears are too sensitive to tips, so I chose these because they do not have them; I was skeptical about the noise-canceling quality, but surprisingly it sounds amazing and works as well as earbuds with tips. I never regretted buying these.

Excellent Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a replacement for my Samsung Galaxy buds live. The buds live were still 100% functional I just wanted the buds 4 for the newer features. Excellent sound quality, paired with my Samsung fold 6, I was able to maximize all the features. Love how it fits in my ear. Battery life on the buds and the case are excellent.
