We understand how important consistent noise cancellation is, especially while traveling and during phone calls.
If you notice that the person on the other end of the call cannot hear you clearly, please disable any enhanced audio features during the call. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting Samsung Support or submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app.
