[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit great and sound great. I can't do silicone tips, so this is a good option for me. Battery life is decent, but all in all I'm satisfied. I don't really use the Galaxy AI features but probably will eventually.

Loving the new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are a huge upgrade from the ones I was using before. With Galaxy Ai, I use the noise cancelation all the time to only hear what I want to hear. I use it all the time to focus on what I'm doing, whether that be gaming, or exercising, being able to tune out all that background noise helps make everything I do more enjoyable. That along with the multiple more hidden settings like higher quality audio, nod or shake your head to answer or decline calls and the feature that let's you know if your head has been bent for too long are some of the best and more helpful features, I would have never expected to be in a pair of earbuds. I am currently loving them especially with the different sizes of rubber I got so it fits my ear perfectly. Definitely recommend these.

Great for phone calls, But...

My only complaint is that it's difficult to stay in my ear, as it doesn't have extra tips for the bud for different size ears, as does the Bose bud

Location features don't really work with Earbud

**Location Features Are Misleading**
I purchased these earbuds specifically for Samsung ecosystem integration, including the location/find my features. After losing them, I discovered the "Notify if Left Behind" feature does not function as I expected based on Samsung's FAQ descriptions. The feature only shows the last known location where the buds were used, rather than actively tracking their current location. The buds and case were both fully charged at the time they were lost, yet no left-behind notification was ever triggered.
I own multiple Samsung products and chose these earbuds specifically so my Samsung ecosystem would work cohesively. If the ecosystem features don't function reliably, that undermines the core reason to choose this product over competitors. I have other earbuds at a lower price point with more reliable location tracking.
Sound quality and general performance are average for the price range. Nothing stands out as exceptional. For the cost, I expected the advertised smart features, particularly the location and notification functionality, to work as described. Buyers should research exactly what "find my" functionality means for these buds before purchasing, as active GPS tracking is not available. If losing earbuds is a concern for you, factor that in before purchasing

The "Notify if Left Behind" feature only activates when the Bluetooth connection is lost. Because the earbuds turn off their Bluetooth to save battery when they are in a closed, charged case, the feature will pick up their last known location.

I bought a C 26 phone and the headphones came with it. I'm not completely satisfied with them.
They last 2 hours, they keep disconnecting and it's hard to reconnect them. This is a very bad purchase.The noise insulation is good.

Surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was timid about getting new buds. I loved my bud 2 and wasnt sure about the new design and how they would feel. Finally decided the buds for was worth a try and I am not disappointed. The buds 4 work so well with my s25 ultra . Ai translation and actions in demand make answering calls smooth. I love the noise cancelation. Features and the fact that I can seamlessly go from my phone to my switch.
Quality of sound was also surprising as ive had a few people twll me they weren't Impressed I was. The new design is also very comfortable
