Exceptional earbuds

They are ok but uncomfortable

Sound quality is decent and the build quality is on par with others. Connectivity was very easy and straight forward. What i dont like is the comfort of the ear buds4. They aren't one size fits all no matter how I place them in my ear. I should have purchased the buds4pro with the swappable ear parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Here’s how to achieve the best fit with the Galaxy Buds 4:
**Get the perfect fit in no time:**
1. Check the lower inside of each bud, between the two shiny dots (charging contacts), to find "L" for Left or "R" for Right.
2. Insert the R bud into your right ear, with the "R" facing you.
3. Insert the L bud into your left ear, with the "L" facing you.
4. Tilt the buds so the mic points toward your mouth, not toward your shoes.
5. Twist the buds for a snug fit.

I get the pros because i have small ears they fit perfect. Im a Galaxy Grl. I use my Buds all day every day. Mostly for listening to Audio books while im working. I havent used the translation features yet but im looking forward to it.

Great sound but fall out easily

Sound is good but no matter how you wear them, even as instructed, they just fall out of your ear quite easily. This is the first pair of ear buds i have owned where this was ab issue. For the price, I would skip on this one.
