[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as a gift. The recipient has not used it yet. The mixer arrived within the designated timeframe. I did see the mixer when taken out of the box. Was the color they requested and the accessory package was a nice addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new mixer! This is a replacement for a yellow one that was passed down through family. I had a 1970’s model by Hobart. Hated to give it up, but motor was straining and it only had one speed. I have used the new one quite a bit making Christmas goodies!

Broken out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked for years to order a Kitchen Aid Mixer. Finally, the Premium Accessory Pack got me to purchase. Wish I could give a review. Broken out of the box. Motor seized and started smoking. Was let down. Sent it back. I cannot recommend as I was not able to use machine.

Lousy return policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mixer is fine. But I was sent 2 two, mixers and I only ordered one and yet I was charged for two. I sent it back unopened and you received it on January 30th and I still don’t have a credit for the return. Totally unacceptable
