AMAZING mixer + accessories

When my husband and I were shopping for a KitchenAid mixer, we were unsure if we should get the option with the additional accessories. I’m so happy we did! Within 24 hours of receiving our mixer, we tried out each and every accessory, and let me tell you, they are amazing! The pastry beater is a must have and is so much quicker than using a hand pastry blender. We love the addition of an extra bowl…perfect for whipping up some frosting for a batch of cookies or a cake. The pouring shield helps keep the counters cleaner (always a plus), and the whisk and dough hook are perfect. The flex edge beater is so nice as well, and I definitely like it more than the classic beater. The mixer itself is great quality and has so much power. I’m also in love with the pistachio color, such a beautiful shade and matches the vibe of our kitchen perfectly. All in all, this is an amazing mixer and something we will treasure for years to come!!! If you are thinking of getting a mixer, KitchenAid is the way to go, and I can’t recommend this one enough. My only complaint is that this temporarily went of stock soon after we placed our order and it did take some time for it to finally arrive, but that being said, it was worth every second of the wait!!

Long lasting mixer

After 27 years of working hard, it finally started leaking oil and I decided it was time to replace it. KitchenAid is a go-to for the best mixers and offers a nice assortment of attachments and extras. I chose the Pistachio color with the Mermaid Lace bowl and love it! Beautiful and functional.

Not working right after the warranty date

My stand mixer stopped spinning after 15 months, although I used very little. I don't understand why it can break so easily even though it looks so sturdy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Kitchenaid stand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Artisan stand mixer after my 1998 Ultra Classic started leaking oil. I took the Ultra Classic for repair to give my daughter. I learned that the Artisan doesn’t have metal gears like my Ultra Classic and also the spring above the attachment shaft isn’t on the Artisan. Only the bigger more expensive stand mixers have metal gears now. I have to wonder how long my new mixer will last.

Christmas baking made easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my mixer as an early Christmas gift and put it to work right away! I made 4 batches of pound cake in mini loaf pans as neighbor gifts; it was so easy! I also made four different cookie doughs and a yeast dough for coffee cake. I’m very happy with the mixer and especially the extra accessories. Having the extra 3 quart bowl has come in handy. I don’t have any of the special attachments yet and may not get them as I primarily use the mixer for baking. My one complaint is the lack of an instruction handbook describing all the things the mixer can do and ideas for using it for non- bakery recipes. Didn’t they used to come with one? Otherwise I am very please and look forward to using the mixer for many years to come!

Great Mixer!

It has worked flawlessly for me and I expect I’ll get many years of use just like my mom has with hers! Love the Pistachio color, it’s a beautiful color while still being a neutral.

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Artisan Kitchenaid mixer is a disappointment. The motor sounds like it is straining to keep up with thick batters. There is a gap between the silver band and motor covering, which can allow flour to enter the motor. I should have kept my old mixer.
