[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting one for many years. I love to bake and recently started cooking all kinds of breads. This machine is a beast. It really has no problem at all mixing my dough. I am beyond excited and grateful for this beautiful machine. It looks lovely on my counter and I am quite proud of displaying it. The bonus Flex beater is quite useful to me too. I surely stepped up my home baking skills for sure.

I love it, but an attachment came damaged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spoke to customer service after getting this for Christmas. They said they would send me a new attachment to replace the beater/scraper that came with a big cut in it, but I haven't heard anything about shipping information and nothing has come in the mail. I really hope I don't have to wait on hold for another half hour to figure out what's going on.
Overall, amazing quality other than the damaged attachment. I've made a ton of bread, butter, and sweets. Made well, very heavy, easy to clean.
