Seems under powered, and not quite what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to struggle with a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have to place a hand on top of it to stop it from bucking even when it's locked. I also don't trust it to run out side of my sight, and I am too scared to set it above a 5 for fear of it breaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful mixer!

It works great! I have also mixed sausage balls and it was so easy! No more mixing with my hands. Very pleased with my purchase!

Disappointed!!

This is my second KitchenAid standard machine, I was very excited with my purchase because I’ve been wanting another KitchenAid, but in pink, I order the feather pink color and is cute, but it’s not as pink as I thought It will be but I can deal with that. The main reason for my 3 stars is because the part that holds the attachments it’s not placed correctly and you can see that they did not paint it well, there are parts in the machine that are missing the paint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Anxious to receive my new mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Artisan Kitchen Aid , however the only reason I give it 3 stars is that I found that the speeds were off . The lowest speed seemed much fast and the items win the bowl would fly out of the bowl even on low. Also found that the lock was not smooth and when it is locked the head of the mixer would still move up and down . I did call customer service spoke with a customer service person who was very helpful and apologetic for the issues I was having . She said they would replace my current mixer .
