OUTRAGEOUS customer support, the UNTOUCHABLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product, but customer support is extremely poor. Unable to get a booklet and instructions in Spanish. I have tried different alternatives. They have failed to provide the service customers need. What is the purpose of having an outstanding product, but you failed to provide adequate and efficient support. I have called your customer service support, the "untouchables". Unable to reach and help. Outrageous

Best Mixer that everyone should own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed 2 Kitchen Aid mixers. I do a lot of baking for family, friends & neighbors. I had been saving for about a year to obtain this plus my old one I believe needs looking at as when mixing the batter the machine thumps. I believe I-may have done that when shaking back & forth the batter off the tool which was still attached.
Otherwise I recommend this equipment to many. Kitchen aide coffee grinder will be the next year savings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have put off buying a stand mixer for years by telling myself that my handheld mixer was good enough. It was not. I have seen such an improvement in my batters with my standmixer. I am excited to try the kneading hook because dough has always vexed me, but this may be the solution to my problems. I couldn't be happier with my mixer, and I have been singing its praises.

I grew up using my mom’s kitchen aid stand mixer and have really been missing it since living on my own. Biggest plus so far has been the ability to make buttercream in 6 minutes flat! Used to take me close to 2 hours with a hand mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using it for sourdough bread. Mixing and the stretching. It works really well. I just let it knead till the dough comes off the bowl and I check for the window pane. Works every time.
