Love the Artisan colors and special attachments!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a gift from my mother. She has used Kitchen Aid for many years and owned several. The Artisan mixer is easy to use but adding a regular paddle would help for heavy batter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks really nice and elegant but there are some considerable flaws. The wire mixer at the attachment point will stain your hands with a black metal color. The mixer is very loud sometimes for no reason. It gets extremely hot as well. I do not know if mine is defective or not but I recommend a commercial mixing machine if you can afford it.

Sturdy, reliable, not gimmicky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiancé really wanted a stand mixer. She had been making bread and kneading the dough by hand. After a few times she stated she wanted a mixer. Kitchen-aid stand mixer has been around for a long time so i went with reliability. She loves the color she picked out, and the accessories it came with. It’s used 2-3 times a week and she lives it. Only thing she doesnt like it how difficult it is for her to get the mixing bowl off the mixer once it’s done. Usually has me come by and do it or she eventually muscles it free. Otherwise it works like a charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted one of these for years. I wa ted Scorched Orange, but you didnt have that color on your site. So I got Juniper. I do like this color as well. I have only made pancakes so far. Both times the batter is just lumpy. With the handheld it is never lumpy. So, I guess I need to try more things. I just have not had the time yet.
