OUTRAGEOUS customer support, the UNTOUCHABLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product, but customer support is extremely poor. Unable to get a booklet and instructions in Spanish. I have tried different alternatives. They have failed to provide the service customers need. What is the purpose of having an outstanding product, but you failed to provide adequate and efficient support. I have called your customer service support, the "untouchables". Unable to reach and help. Outrageous

So so, doing it’s job

1. We bought premium packaging set but it missed regular cookie dough beater which is presented in every other sets.
2. Overall quality still leave a hope for better. The “premium” finish in o form of metallic belt over the engine looks like decoration and might fall a part.
3. We bought two attachments . Roller and metal meat grinder from KitchenAid. Roller made in Italy but grinder in China. Technically they cannot be securely attached to power hub. Roller slightly better but this is not something I would expect from this price. Kenwood doing much better job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this mixer to replace an aging Oster Kitchen Center, and I'm wondering why I didn't do this sooner. Mixer is faster, easy to clean, and was perfect for use during holiday baking season. Plus it looks great!

Seems under powered, and not quite what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to struggle with a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have to place a hand on top of it to stop it from bucking even when it's locked. I also don't trust it to run out side of my sight, and I am too scared to set it above a 5 for fear of it breaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
