[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say enough good things about my KitchenAid mixer. This appliance is a true workhorse, making everything from pizza dough to whipped butter a breeze.
The variety of attachments available is a huge bonus—I’ve used mine for pasta making, meat grinding, and slicing potatoes. It’s much more than just a mixer.

Paddle does not stay in place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this KitchenAid Artisan Tilt-Head mixer to replace my 35 year old original. Performs as expected, except for one issue. When scraping down the sides of the bowl and paddle, the paddle comes off. There is no spring keeping it in place on the keyed stem like in my previous KitchenAid Tilt Head Mixer. Found this to be quite a nuisance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I’ve used my new mixer. I bought it because of the tilt head. I downsized from the 5 1/2 qt heavy duty KitchenAid I used to have. I love the power of this mixer. I’m having to adjust to the smaller capacity though. It’s harder to make double batches of cookies. Also, I like having two bowls, but ingredients came out of the edge of the smaller bowl as I was using it. Ugh! Overall I like my purchase, but I will need to be mindful of the size of recipe I use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! My only concern would be when it's something thick being mixed up, the mixer bounces on counter top. I love the splash guard and the different mixing attachments that came with it.
