[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to return my first mixer because no matter how I adjusted the beater height, the machine would wiggle loose and unlock while mixing and the head would bounce all over. I received good customer service and was issued a replacement. I have only used it once so far but it doesn’t have the locking issue and only has a mild wobble. I’m just slightly concerned I will eventually start having the same issues.

Recipe, ie,chocolate chip cookies. Also you go passed the 2nd gear and it doesn’t sound or act more powerful than the fist two gears. I do not have faith it
