I bought this as my Christmas present to myself!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had pretty much worn out my previous KitchenAid stand mixer, after about 25 years of hard use! I love baking and cooking. I make all desserts from scratch, and make breads and rolls from scratch - especially during the holidays.

One problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven’t had the mixer long enough to really say how good the quality is. I gave it a 4 star because it arrived with a crack in the small bowl. We did contact Kitchen Aid and they sent us a new bowl immediately but this concerns me that quality control could be getting over looked.

My tilt-head stand mixer has exceeded my expectations. Pumkin cake for Thanksgiving & peanut butter ball for Christmas came out perfect. Not to mention the first thing I whipped up was an upside-down pecan pie cake.

Holiday Made Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After wanting a stand mixer for a long time, I finally bought one in November. It has been a great help with my holiday cooking, from mixing cookies and cupcakes to mixing Buckeye candy and cheese balls. Such a time saver! Also, many of the cookies and especially the Buckeye candy and cheese balls were far too thick to mix with my hand mixer, so they had to be mixed by hand, now being able to use the stand mixer saved physical strength as well. I love my Kitchenaid stand mixer!
