[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely machine and quite the learning curve from cheaper brands. I almost watch in awe as it mixes the thickest batter. Why didn't I purchase this 40 years ago???

Perfect addition to my kitchen appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this thing! I've already put it to good use and just in time for the holidays too! About the ONLY thing I would change is making the locking mechanism a little more "tight". When I was using the dough hook, at times, the dough would hit the hook in such a way that it would cause the head to bounce up a little bit even though the lock was engaged. Other than that I absolutely love this machine!

This is one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. I love to make home made baked goods with this machine. From cookies to cakes to frostings and creams it is a joy to work with.
