[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a kitchen aid stand mixer for 20 plus years but it was making a lot of noise. It still worked great but …. My replacement is very quiet and works just as well.
I got my order delivered, but one of the attachments is different in color (the Flex Edge Beater is white) while the other ones are grey. I'm really disappointed with this, I just wanted all the accessories in grey as they were advertised in photos!

We replaced a KitchenAid stand mixer we purchased 7 years ago which had developed a few issues over time. There are 4 adults in the family using this mixer and everyone was very pleased with the upgrade. The splatter guard still has the whole in the back so flour can jump out there. Having two bowls is really great and the splash guard that goes all the way around (from my mother's 35 year old Kitchen Aid stand mixer) fits on it. The only grip is that the wire whisk still has this issue where the shiny part comes off if you leave it in water too long and especially quickly if you put it in the dishwasher. We already ruined one wire whisk on the previous KitchenAid by accidently putting it in the dishwasher. We've only had this new one for a few months when my spouse forgot and put it in. The water removes the coating and then black stuff comes off on your fingers or food. I am not sure why KitchenAid can't make a whisk attachment that can get wet and go in the dishwasher like the other parts. The whisk from my mother's 35 year old kitchen aid is going strong for decades and has been submerged in water many times.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I purchased this stand mixer … does a great job mixing cookie dough !!! I have arthritis and this is so much easier for me to use than a hand held mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new KitchenAid after 32 years. Passed the old one onto daughter. Bought the one with a second bowel. Love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift. I was raised on KitchenAid appliances but could never afford the mixer until now. Very pleased. No more lumpy mashed potatoes.
