[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this mixer for a Christmas present on 12/18/2023, it is 1/15/2024 and still no mixer. The mixer was paid for on 12/20/2023. I have talked to customer service twice and still have no shipping date. This was a Christmas present for my wife who is asking me what happened to her present.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beater with the scraper on one side is a big improvement over the one I had years ago. I have used this several times since I got it -- made cookies, frosting, yeast coffeecakes, candy and bread. I am anxious to try out the pasta attachment! The collar that keeps the flour from flying everywhere is a big improvement, too. Over all, I really like this mixer -- plus the color is fun -- kinda "retro" and looks great on my counter!
