[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Kitchen Aid Mixer as a bridal shower gift for my granddaughter who is getting married in June. I have had my faithful KA mixer for over 30 years. Her and I have made hundreds of things since the days she sat on my kitchen counter to help me bake. She will be beyond thrilled with this.

Horrible packaging

I bought this as a Christmas gift to surprise my girlfriend. It arrived in a box that not only said KitchenAid, but also listed the model, and had a cut out so you can read the color written on the box. Not only did this ruin the surprise, if announced to any potential package thieves exactly what they would have gotten.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ah, kitchen aid - the gold standard of stand mixers. I bought this one to upgrade from a free 30 year old mixer I got from a neighbor. I like the bigger bowl capacity. I trust the motor. The matte black looks great in my kitchen and probably any kitchen.

One note, the attachments don't feel super heavy, makes me wonder if they're of cheaper materials than older versions, but so far that doesn't appear to be causing any issues for me.

Bad Mixer

Got a brand new Mixer for Christmas 2022, And is been faulty from the first use Flour and sugar everywhere on my kitchen and I do not get Kitchen Aid support to even connect you on the phone, and there is no help to assist you on anything. I find for the price they are stealing your money. Do not buy one!!!!!

It's okay. Need a hands-on class though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone raves about their KitchenAid Mixer and tells me I won't be able to live without it once I have it. Well, I have it but I have no clue what to do with it (and I'm a fairly skilled cook). Which paddle to use, which speed, why am I switching paddles halfway through a recipe, how am I supposed to know to do that, why won't it scrape the bottom of the bowl (I feel like I still have to do so much manually)? Yeah, it came with a giant instruction book, but that doesn't really answer these questions. I honestly need an in-person class on how to use it. So far, I'm not impressed. It does the same thing my other mixer did, it just takes up a ton of counter space.
