Seriously, amazing mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely loving the Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer. It's been amazing as my kids and I make several types of holiday cookies.I really appreciate that this mixer comes with the premium accessory pack. In this accessory pack came two bowls (4.7 L and 2.8 L), three beaters (flat, flex edge and pastry), a wire whip, a pouring shield and a dough hook. It is so much easier to make batter in the large bowl and frosting in the smaller bowl. The smaller bowl also fits inside the larger bowl for compact storage. Many of the parts are dishwasher safe (bowls, beaters, dough hook, shield, but not the whisk) for easy clean up too.
So far I've used this mixer a handful of times over the last few weeks and it has proven to be stable, reliable and extremely durable! I really like that it does not shake when used at the highest setting (level 10). It stays flat on the counter and mixes efficiently, and is very quiet for a mixer too. I really appreciate that there's no spring where you connect the beater shaft to the various attachments, it's so easy to clean!
I'm not a professional baker, but I do love making goodies with my kids, and this stand mixer has been perfect for me and my family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this stand mixer. I have never had the privilege to use one before and it is unbelievable. I am cooking like crazy now. I have made the most amazing bread and pizza crusts, no problem, cookies, sauces, you name it.
The attachments are fantastic too: a wire whip, paddle with rubber scraper, and dough hook. Also has a splash guard. This is a solid, well-made machine, and to top it off, it is flat black, and I love it. I highly recommend this, because while it is an investment, it will pay delicious dividends guaranteed!

Nice attachments and fun choices for extra bowls to dress up the counter when you leave it out. It’s the appliance you don’t want to keep in a cupboard .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can a kitchen appliance bring so much joy to a person?!?! It really just does! Not just because its a beautiful appliance in a perfect matte black with stainless steel, but it works so well! It comes with so many accessories, it makes using it so convenient. It has a 5 quart and 2.8 L stainless bowls that easily lock into place on the clamping plate. It also comes with a flat beater, flex edge beater, wire whip, dough hook and a pastry beater. It has a pouring shield to minimize the mess and makes adding ingredients easier. There is a hub for more attachments, my husband already bought me the pasta and the grater/slicer attachment. Most of the parts are dishwasher top shelf safe, except the wire whip which is hand wash. I personally prefer hand washing all parts. The body of the machine is just to be wiped down with a damp cloth. The directions are easy to read and the machine is easy to use. The directions even helps you decide what attachment to use for whatever you are mixing. There is a lock lever to keep the head down while using and there is a speed lever to control the speeds. It is so nice to turn on the mixer and walk away to do something else instead of holding a hand mixer the whole time and its not even loud!!! The first thing I made was cupcakes for my kids. It was easy and quick to clean up. Im completely impressed and can not wait to make many more things as well as see this pretty appliance on my counter.

Poor customer service

Bought this mixer and was so excited when it showed up I pulled it out to use it. Plugged it in turned it on and nothing. Customer service couldn’t even replace with the color I bought! And not only that I would be waiting over a month for my refund. What happened to quality control?! So completely disappointed. Here’s to hoping the ugly color they replaced it with will show up before holiday baking.

Mixer No Longer Turning, 3 Months After Warranty

I purchased my mixer 1/8/22, and have loved it. I noticed that with some dough recipes it would get slow and not reach full speed. I never needed it that fast, so it never bothered me. Tonight, however, I was making focaccia and the mixer suddenly stopped turning the planetary head, but the motor kept running. I immediately turned the machine off, and the motor housing felt very hot. Being just 3 months out of standard warranty and a less than average user (at most 2-3 times a MONTH), this shouldn't happen. To make it worse, I was under the impression that I had purchased the warranty, since I never got any emails reminding me to do so - it was always my intention. However, I cannot find any record of it on my account (actually, can't even log into my account, even though I definitely registered my product and have THAT email), and I am very very upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best kitchen upgrade to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t get into cooking and baking for a long time until about 2 years ago. I started simple with some cookies around Christmas, and it built from there. I made my first set up cakes back to back, and more cookies afterward, making nearly 100 for this past Christmas. For my birthday I was surprised with a kitchen aid stand mixer and it is 100% the best investment for a baker. It helps a lot when mixing times are more than a few seconds to a minute so that you can multitask. Everything is easy to clean too, and operation is simple. If I had the counter space, I would easily buy a second on my own so I could make double the amount of goods.
