Poor customer service

Bought this mixer and was so excited when it showed up I pulled it out to use it. Plugged it in turned it on and nothing. Customer service couldn’t even replace with the color I bought! And not only that I would be waiting over a month for my refund. What happened to quality control?! So completely disappointed. Here’s to hoping the ugly color they replaced it with will show up before holiday baking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this stand mixer. I have never had the privilege to use one before and it is unbelievable. I am cooking like crazy now. I have made the most amazing bread and pizza crusts, no problem, cookies, sauces, you name it.
The attachments are fantastic too: a wire whip, paddle with rubber scraper, and dough hook. Also has a splash guard. This is a solid, well-made machine, and to top it off, it is flat black, and I love it. I highly recommend this, because while it is an investment, it will pay delicious dividends guaranteed!

A Baker's Dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children and grandchildren come to my house for all the holidays so I am always cooking and especially baking. At Christmas I make all kinds of cookies, bars and candy and have extras so they can each take some home. My new KitchenAid mixer is so fun to use that can't wait to start my holiday cookies. One of the family favorites are the Peanut Butter Blossoms, so I always make a big batch but it was such a job using my hand mixer. Now my new KitchenAid will do all the work of mixing it for me. Of course you can do a lot more than stir up cookies. It comes with other attachments such as a pastry beater, wire whip, dough hook and even a pouring shield. There are also many optional attachments you can get. Once you get the mixer, you'll wonder how you ever lived without one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this Kitchenaid! This has a tilt head and two bowl sizes! Perfect for using when the whole family is coming over with the larger bowl, or when it’s just a few coming over with the small bowl. I love the guard/cover for the bowl as it clamps on and is very way to use and keeps in one place unlike previous styles from Kitchenaid mixers. I love that I’ll be able to use this with other attachments that I already own, too. Totally recommend this Kitchenaid mixer for every home! Grab one today and you’ll not regret it!

The kitchen aid brand mixers have been in and around almost every kitchen in my family and now i have one. I really enjoy the fact that this kit came with the two different sized bowls and the different attachments. My son is interested in culinary school, specifically pastry chef training right now, and he is using the heck out of this setup and it has worked flawlessly. Well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to up grade to a new mixer and I love it. My other mixer is still going strong and I gave the old one to my granddaughter. It will 22 years old in Dec. and I have never ever had a problem with it. I love the scraper paddle and the pastry paddle is to die for, great mixing ground pecans and butter together did the job. I only wish everything I had was Kitchenaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adore this KitchenAid mixer. The black matte finish looks fantastic on my counter. This is something I’ve struggled with in the last with my mixers that were “fun” colors. They didn’t really go with my decor, so I had to hide them away. The black matte can stay conveniently on the counter ready for use and add to the kitchen decor in a nice way.
This is the first time I’ve used a mixer with a stainless steel bowl, and I prefer it over the glass bowl. It’s very practical, easy to clean, and so much lighter to hold. Plus, this model comes with two bowls! Such a game changer. It has a 3 qt. bowl without a handle, and a 5 qt. with a handle. You could use these to mix wet and dry ingredients, do two different recipes, or use one for your cake and the other for frosting. All of this without having to was the bowl in between and the smaller one fits nicely into the larger one for easy storage too.
This model also comes with four different mixing attachments, and a super simple to use pouring shield. The pastry beater can be used for breaking butter into your flour for pastries, which is just so smart and useful. You have everything you need to get you started, but they also offer a ton of other attachments for any treat you can imagine. You cannot go wrong with this mixer at all, it’s just perfect!
