I don't even know where to begin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was a little girl, my dad bought my mom a KitchenAid mixer. She used it for a few years and then gave it away. I was heartbroken. I wanted it so bad. Fast forward to last week, when I got mine. I was FLOORED! We made 5 different kinds of Christmas cookies in one day. Between the two bowls, one would be in the dishwasher while the other was being used. Oh. And the splash guard is AMAZING! I love that there is no mess and you can gradually add ingredients like flour as you go along! The mixer made baking day 100x easier!
Cleanup is a breeze, too. Just take off the mixer attachment, wash it in the sink, throw the bowl in the dishwasher, and wipe down the mixer itself with a sanitizing wipe. Done and done.
I love it so much that I'm currently looking for non-baking related ways to use my new KitchenAid - mashed potatoes are already on my list, but I'm thinking of dips, stuffing, and maybe even some casseroles would benefit. I'm in LOVE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely loving the Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer. It's been amazing as my kids and I make several types of holiday cookies.I really appreciate that this mixer comes with the premium accessory pack. In this accessory pack came two bowls (4.7 L and 2.8 L), three beaters (flat, flex edge and pastry), a wire whip, a pouring shield and a dough hook. It is so much easier to make batter in the large bowl and frosting in the smaller bowl. The smaller bowl also fits inside the larger bowl for compact storage. Many of the parts are dishwasher safe (bowls, beaters, dough hook, shield, but not the whisk) for easy clean up too.
So far I've used this mixer a handful of times over the last few weeks and it has proven to be stable, reliable and extremely durable! I really like that it does not shake when used at the highest setting (level 10). It stays flat on the counter and mixes efficiently, and is very quiet for a mixer too. I really appreciate that there's no spring where you connect the beater shaft to the various attachments, it's so easy to clean!
I'm not a professional baker, but I do love making goodies with my kids, and this stand mixer has been perfect for me and my family!

Great Mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a serious baker, but I do enjoy it every now and then. I have been baking a few Japanese cheesecakes and they have turned out great! You can make a great meringue with the beater attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this KitchenAid® Artisan® Series Tilt-Head Stand Mixer last month and I didn't hesitate to make my first cake for Thanksgiving. I'm used to using electric hand mixers, so this made everything so much easier and quicker with less work on me. The cake even tasted a little more moist and better to me. My son was just excited as I was to use it as I was. This mixer came with everything I would need to prepare breads, cakes and other doughs. I'm so impressed that I volunteered to prepare a few more deserts for my family's Christmas gathering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit is the perfect starter kit for anyone who is looking at purchasing a stand mixer. The kit includes everything you need to start making countless of recipes. From cookies and making dough this mixer can do it all. This is a must have for the holidays, in fact I pull mine out and use it so much during the holidays. From baking pies and cookies, to making homemade dough the possibilities are literally endless. The mixer is pretty easy to use and switching out the different attachments is simple enough. I really love that you can by additional attachments for the machine so you can do so much more than just mixing. The machine can be a bit loud but it’s no louder than using a hand mixer, the only downside is due the mechanics of this machine it’s very heavy so it’s better to stay as a countertop piece if you struggle with heavier items. Overall, I would purchase this kit or an additional mixer again. They are well worth the price and extremely useful in the kitchen.

My Favorite Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Artisan Series KitchenAid is a great addition to my kitchen. I'm really liking not having to hand mix everything anymore.
This mixer comes complete with both a smaller 3qt & a larger 5qt mixing bowl, perfect for much cake and frosting or muffins and icing. I can make a small batch of pastry dough for my family in the 3qt bowl or if we're planning to have guests, I can mix up a larger batch in the 5qt bowl.
Having this set with the extra accessories is what really sold me on this particular KitchenAid.
The Flex Edge Beater mixes and wipes the edges of the bowl for me creating an even easier job for me.
The Pastry Beater works perfectly for my cookie and pie doughs.
The dough hook is an accessory mostly used by my significant other as she very much liked making breads of all sorts and the hook takes on all the hard work giving her hands much needed rest.
We can really whip up some meringue quickly with this wide Wire Whip.
The tilt head feature with a fit pouring shield is so wonderful.
I'm able to pour ingredients in as needed throughout the mixing process without an absolute mess and I'm easily able to bring the attachments up and out of the batter at any given time.
The KitchenAid is heavy duty in weight. Very grounded and reliable. Beautiful and flawless in design. A true asset to all of our kitchen needs.

The KitchenAid Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer with Premium Accessories Pack is without a doubt currently the most stylish and useful appliance in my kitchen. It has handled everything I've thrown at it without hesitation from thick and hearty homemade bread to whipping up egg whites for a soufflé, the KitchenAid Artisan gets the job done! I'm anxious to add more accessories to get even more use out of it, I've got my eye on the pasta roller and meat grinder attachments first!
