Not what we expected, perhaps a used model?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased specifically for my wife for when she's making dough. She tried it and said it really didn't work well and made odd noises. She ended up kneading the dough by hand and stopped using the mixer altogether. Parts did look used when we put it all together...perhaps we got a defective/used model that had been returned?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE MY MIXER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for recipe serving sizes for a family of five. Easy to use and attachments were better quality than expected.
Mixer in whole was smaller than expected, which was a good thing. Fits well with my limited counter space. My wife really liked the pink color with flat finish.
Only negative, product received with a slight cosmetic chip/dent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the meat grinder, for making chicken salad sandwiches. My husband is looking forward to using the sausage stuffer to make "Farmer's Sausage."

Runs very smoothly and makes cooking/baking fun and a breeze. You won't regret having one of these if you truly enjoy being in the kitchen as I do. Plus, it is too pretty to keep put away! Looks great sitting on the counter as a bit of a show piece.

Aside from my 2 girls this is the 3rd thing I will be running into a burning building to save. Get it!!!! Kitchenaid will never disappoint you.
