Poor quality

Love my mixer but the extra pieces (the whip and the beaters) turns black when I wash them in the dishwasher. And it’s non stop turning black and hard to get off. Don’t feel safe using it when doing my mixing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth every penny!!

Disappointed with Performance – Not Built for Heav

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for my KitchenAid stand mixer, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to them. The machine rattles significantly during use, which makes me question its durability. Additionally, the front attachment hub cover, which bears the logo, frequently falls off despite being tightly secured. This became a real issue when it fell into my dough mid-mix—something that could have potentially damaged the machine.
I primarily use this mixer for making dough, usually around a kilo at a time, and I’ve noticed that just as the dough is nearly ready, it climbs up to the attachment hub, making a mess and causing concerns about proper mixing. I expected better performance, especially for a brand known for its reliability in baking.
Looking back, I should have opted for the Professional Series instead, as it seems better suited for handling larger batches of dough. I initially chose this model thinking it would work well and because I was interested in using attachments, but overall, I’m disappointed with its limitations. If you’re planning to mix heavier doughs, I’d recommend looking into a more heavy-duty option.
