[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my mixer about a month ago and am loving it so far. The only thing I have reservations about is the texture of the paint. I'm not sure how it will hold up to cleaning and using. I ordered it online and wasn't aware that I wasn't getting the smooth finish.

Great Mixer, but missing customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm torn on this review. I bought this mixer and accessory pack just a little over two months ago. I love the mixer; it does everything I hoped. Except it was shipped without the primary flex-edge beater attachment. Which means that every time I use it (almost daily), I use the whisk or the pastry beater (a great attachment, but for a purpose). I immediately reached out to customer service via their chat function (as there is no email option) and was put on an 83 minute hold. During that time, my computer logged me out of the kitchen aid website and I lost my space. Following that, every time I checked the chat function was unavailable due to "high volume." After weeks of checking every day, I realized I could fill out a form on their website, so I did. Two weeks after that I received a follow-up email asking for my shipping address. That was three weeks ago. No follow-up email, no beater, no shipping information. I love the mixer, but I would recommend purchasing from a retailer to whom you can exchange/return your product as KitchenAid doesn't appear to have the customer service to support their sales.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend got me my first KitchenAid stand mixer for Christmas this year and I am obsessed. It’s the perfect color, dusty pink, and it’s exactly what I’ve wanted my entire adult life. He recently had open heart surgery and needs to be mindful of his sodium intake, so being able to bake plenty of low-sodium breads has been SO much easier with this. It makes this non-domestic chick feel like a real baker :)
