Easy to use & time saving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very easy to use appliance that is saving me a lot of time in the kitchen. I have tried all the attachments to make bread dough, pastries and a variety of cake batters. The splash guard is an important addition to have when mixing more runny cake batters or whipping cream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machines look awesome but I was super hesitant to purchase one as I have been making everything by hand or with a hand mixer. My husband surprised me with one as I bake daily and spend all my free time in the kitchen. Needless to say that after already being hesitant to buy one I was very disappointed that it stopped working on my third use. They guys at my appliance shop were awesome and took it back for a full refund but I am very disappointed with the product especially with all the hype and endorsement the product has been getting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this like a month ago and I love everything about this mixer. First of all COLOUR are you kidding me? Incredible pop of colour in your kitchen, mixer is sturdy, durable and sexy at the same time. Easy to clean up and work with. My mixer is in use everyday! Butter, dough ANY dough , butter cream, whipped cream just everything what you need and what you can imagine. Highly recommended I’m so glad I got this mixer

Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a stand mixer as a wedding present for my favourite niece & asked for it to be engraved. The 2nd line of engraving, which was just "2025" was not centred and looks absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted Kitchenaid to request a replacement trim, I was told they won't supply it - even if I paid for it and fitted it myself!! So Kitchenaid expects my niece to just put up with the ridiculous engraving! Or maybe they expect me to throw the whole mixer in the bin & buy a new one!! I was expecting this purchase to be a source of joy for my niece but instead, it's going to be annoyance everytime she uses it. I am amazed how Kitchenaid were totally unwilling to supply a small replacement part to sort the whole problem out.

The mixing bowl locking in place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only used twice and the mixing bowl locking in place makes the device useless for my wife. The fact you are still selling these with this fault is a disgrace. The solutions you provide are ridiculous.

I live remotely and and am on the wrong side of 70. I have discarded the packaging , all extremely annoying. NOT HAPP

Everything I have dreamed of!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting the better part of a decade to add one of these baby’s to my kitchen, but the cost always turned me off so I would just continue to dream about them. Plus I didn’t want a red one, and I thought that’s all they came in, so when I was in the market for a new mixer last month I did some research and bit the bullet and brought one in Pebble Palm. The performance is everything I thought it would be, she lives on the bench and is heavier than I thought it would be, but I am so pleased I brought one. And it was well worth the wait, it’s not just a mixer it’s multi function makes it’s extremely useful and a well worth investment for any kitchen! Don’t wait 10 years for one!
