Worth the wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for more than 20 years to own a Kitchen Aid and was very lucky to be given one. It was worth the wait. I can finally make sponges and am really enjoying how easy it is to use on all my other baking projects. Plus it looks so beautiful on my kitchen bench!

A few problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] mostly happy but bowl gets stuck on after it is used. Its very hard to release. I have tried oiling the base but that isn't very effective. If someone knows how to stop this from happening, please let me know. Its also very heavy making it hard to move around the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glad to hear you are happy with your beautiful new mixer! I’d recommend checking if there’s any debris or buildup causing extra friction and maybe trying a little gentle twisting motion while lifting. Also, using a rubber grip or mat underneath might help with moving it around more easily.

In both performance and looks it is a superior machine compared to my old mixer (other brand). Easy to use & a great range of accessories. Love the stainless-steel bowls as well.
