My Kitchenaid Artisan broken in less than 6 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 4.7L Artisan stand Mixer last November 2023. Used it once a week for bread making and it started to play up in early March 2024. I contacted Kitchenaid to get it fixed. It took 5 weeks for them to fix it and send it back to me. When I recieved my kitchenaid artisan back, whoever fixed it did not put the parts together properly the back cover of my kitchenaid mixer is loose and there is a part where the attachments are supposed to go, the cover part of has a noticeable gap. It was really badly done. I'm very disappointed that this is the quality of a primium product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Birthday Gift

It makes everything so much easier to whip up, be it cake mixes, cream, or icing. Takes at least 10 mins off of the prep time, and even more off of her arms and legs!

Goodbye old hand mixer and flying ingredients! Not only is it much quieter, it's easy to clean and looks beautiful as a statement piece for my kitchen.

A dream to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have been obsessed ever since!! It is the most beautiful piece of machinery I’ve ever used to cook. I have a passion for baking and this makes the whole experience feel just that extra bit special. The colour is stunning and the ease of use is amazing. My mum and grandma have had kitchen aids for years and it has stood the test of time. Absolutely obsessed.

Love the new pastry beater

Since it’s arrival I have been cooking up a storm- bread, cakes, bread, pavlova and more bread. I have especially enjoyed the new pastry beater attachment, it is now so easy to make short crust pastry for pies and quiche.
The colour (Pebble Palm) looks beautiful out on my kitchen bench.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love-hate relationship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this a few times only so far. It's very good in what it does. I only have 2 complaints...
1- the cord is too short... I literally have to put the machine right next to the PowerPoint...
2- stacking it away with so many different heads is a bit difficult. Doesn't stand away nicely. I always have to fiddle with the head to find the perfect spot, without the machine crushing the whisking head.
Overall a really great product. But still very pricey...

A dream to bake with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two words: GAME CHANGER! I’ve had a KitchenAid on my wishlist for eons, and it’s already proving it’s worth in gold. So far I’ve made two particularly difficult & fiddly desserts, and they’ve both turned out an absolute dream. Perfect meringue buttercream, perfect lemon curd, perfect marscapone-zabaione cream. The feather pink design is lovely and the envy of all my mates.
