The mixer is the Artisan 5qt with premium accessory pack in the color Porcelain White. Love the neutral color and the accessories are so useful to have. Well worth the investment!

Perfect Pie Crust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is a workhorse and has saved me so much time. My arms used to get so tired when kneading dough. Now I make homemade bread every 4-5 days and give some to our friends. I believe homemade items are better for you than the ingredients & preservatives in bread you buy and homemade bread tastes better. So far my favorite thing to make is pie dough. With the stand mixer I use less water because it is more efficient at mixing and now my pie crust is perfect every time. It’s not tough from using more water which I did when mixing it by hand. I love this machine and wish I would have bought it years ago.
