Great Mixer!!!

I purchased this mixer to replace the same model mixer received as a gift in 2007. That mixer had an issue with the head tilt and while I was able to fix it, decided to treat myself to a new mixer. These mixers are work horses. It can easily handle large quantities of flour when making bread, or cookie dough. It gives you confidence in being able to do the projects you have planned. They are an investment and I feel confident this mixer will work as well and as long as my previous one.

I love my new mixer

I had my old Kitchen Aid for 34 years and it still worked great. When making icing for Christmas cookies my daughter had trouble locking the bowl in the raised position and I realized that I had work arounds for various small issues with my old machine. I decided to replace it. One of my best decisions of 2025.
I love my new Kitchen Aid. You guys have made an even better machine. I hope some other 80 year old ladies decide to move on from their old mixer and fall in love with a new modern one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a shower gift for my niece because she loves to bake. She absolutely loves it and loved the added touch of her name engraved in it. She even bought the pasta attachment and has made some already. It is heavy to move around so you have to keep it on the counter. Now I have to get her a cover for it.

I absolutely love my new mixer and the extra accessories! This is my second Kitchen Aid stand mixer. My first one was given to my daughter in law when I left the country for 5 years. I loved that one so much that I knew I had to buy a new one now that I am back in country.

I really like the 3 qt bowl.

I needed a new mixer as my old KitchenAid was at least 30 years old. I also wanted the 5 qt instead of the 4.5 qt I had before. It has worked well except twice when I didn't make sure the paddle was engaged in the correct place and it fell off soon after starting the mixer. I'm more careful now.
