This is my 2nd Nutribullet Pro, the motor gave out on the first one, but assume that happens every now & then. This was a replacement for the original, & it works much better, as much as I liked the original, which I gave away.

Everything I have blended becomes very smooth and that is important. The only concern I have is that the gaskets have fallen out. One was replaced, but it happened to the other one.

Product needs to be made so that the gasket stays in the blade holder not ground up in the drink. Difficult getting your warranty people to understand the on going problem.

I loved it. Felt really great with the extra fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I purchased it from HSN in July. I followed all the directions on its use and care. It now will not engage the motor in the base when a place the container on it. Very disappointed.
