Worst Designed Product Ever Made

Save your money and go with something else. The design of this blender is so gd awful… first of all, you need to push super hard and twist to get the dang thing to blend… worse, after blending, the way the blender is designed actually tightens the lid while blending!! So untwisting the cap sometimes becomes a raging battle where your wrists and fingers start to hurt. I don’t even know how this made it to consumers, such a poorly designed product.

I, honestly, expected better. We had a household version purchased from a box store. The blades were dull and the grease had started leaking out of the motor. We had it for years. It was great but time to replace. I thought I was buying an upgrade but this one does not seem to work as well. We use almost solely for protein shakes. This struggles with frozen strawberries where the older version worked fine. I am disappointed.

Love the matte color. It works great but it is very, very loud. I wish i could make a shake to take to work in the morning but it would wake everyone up. That is the only reason for the 4 stars.

My Nutribullet Pro+ came without the gasket for the blade extractor. Trying to get a gasket or gaskets for the future is like pulling teeth. No information on a part number. The only way to get a new gasket is by purchasing a new blade assembly. I just hate companies that force you to buy things you don't need just so they can sell more products
