I've used a bullet going on 12 years now. Replaced my older one with the new more powerful ones. This product I use everyday for my healthy lifestyle. I couldn't be happier with this blender and saves so much time and effort. Time and effort are the harest parts of eating healthy so every second saved is golden.

my first blender was leaking and second blender the plastic chips that are suppose to fit in the blender are to small and wont work. set up a complaint but never heard back after several attemps. No one that I know will buy this product. your welcome
