I read many reviews. Fortunately, one person said to buy from Bed, Bath and Beyond. Their return policy is amazing! The first one I bought lasted just under 4 months. My usage averages about one blast per day. One day mine just quit. I boxed it up and took it to BB&B and swapped for another one and actually received some money back as it was a cheaper price. Just before that, I looked online to see what the problem might be and saw many a heartache for the people dealing direct with NutriBullet. Some went weeks without their Bullet, trying to get parts or replacement.
I love my Bullet!! But the jury is still out on its durability. As long as BB&B is around, I won't have to worry about that.

First, for those who talk about it running over....all you have to do is following the instructions and properly tighten the top!!!! NO PROB!! I love this thing. I even sold my Ninja--didn't need it anymore! For once in my life I can eat raw greens and fruit without digestive problems!! Can you imagine how great that is? God bless who ever created this awesome machine, I just love it :-)
