I bought this unit for the purpose of eating healthy while on the road, I find the extra power of the Nutribullet is necessary to adequately prepare a nutrition shake with veggies such as kale and broccholi. The unit is loud, but performs well and is superior to the other portable units that I have experienced, plus, I love the quickness of being able to drink out of the same container in which I prepared my shake in the motor unit. The only gripe I have is that the pop top on the portable twist on lid recently broke rendering that particular drink top useless.

The big bummer is the way that those little springs that hold the blender in the ON position -- they get stuck and either it won't shut off or you can't start it .. .it requires me to push them down with a screwdriver -- ya my nutribullet is about 3 months old ... and i already have to rig it up to work.

We would have a drink daily in our NutriBullet and loved it! Now we have to buy a different product because, while it still runs, it is harder to start up without feeling like you are forcing it. Very sporadic - tough to run the older it gets.

I purchased the nutribullet pro from hsn several months ago, my husband and I enjoy making different types of fruit and vegetable drinks we are now able to get healthier drinks using the bullet we have not used as much fruit before the purchase for that it's been a blessing for us and our health.

May have used it four times before it started to leak and then the motor just shut down. I had to return it. Just cheaply made at a high price tag. I looked at other reviews, too little too late. Many have had exactly the same problems.
