The seal, in the base with blade, which is supposed to remain intact comes loose soon after initial use. It is recommended to not use . I have been using for 10 months without issues.

Not even a month since i purchased the nutribullet pro and its jammed, it wont start when pressed down. I really regret making this purchase. I should have gotten a Vitamix.

I use my Neutra bullet almost every single day and have really enjoyed it for several months now. My mother now has one, my sister now has one and my daughter now has one so it would've been five stars except that it's starting to make a lot of noise every time I use it

I've used it at least 4/5 months, every single day! I went from a chinzey Bella blender to a icky old blender to a stupid juicer and then pondered! Bella not strong enough, Blender made slush & grit, Juicer wasted all the good stuff and took a zillion years to clean. Returned that puppy the same day! Saw NB Pro on HSN (I think) and just bought it! Don't really need all the books and I just do up the same thing (almost) each day. Baby kale & spinach, cuke, celery stick, 1/2 banana, blueberrys, pineapple, protein powder, water and BLEND!
