Although I love the sharpness of the blades and the great juice result, I was sad that the rubber seal broke after a few washes. Do these get replaced free?

I have been using my Nutribullet daily for over a month. I love having multiple cups and 2 blades. Makes smoothies in a 10 seconds. A quick healthy breakfast. I have used it to puree soups and I would warn you not too blend too long. While a smoothie tastes good whipped full of air a creamy soup does not (to me anyway). When doing soups I am careful not to process too long.
